That’s a lot of bull. Biden had documents dating back to his time when he was a senator. Plus he never had the executive power to declassify them, which Trump did. The only excuse Hur gave for Biden is that he would be a senile old man who would look sympathetic to a jury.

If I were the jury, I would convict him. It’s like the crap years ago when gangsters spent their lives stealing and killing. When they were finally indicted, they’d show up in court in a wheelchair claiming they were too feeble to go to jail.

FYI, that does not matter if he knew or not, these documents have requirements to be know and an official custodian when released. The real issue is why procedures were not being followed. There should be records of anyone that takes any document of such nature, those rules are there for a reason.
