Agree, but the real difference is that Engoron gets to make comments which remain on judicial records. The comments of Hur are lines in the sand at the low tide mark.

That’s a lot of bull. Biden had documents dating back to his time when he was a senator. Plus he never had the executive power to declassify them, which Trump did. The only excuse Hur gave for Biden is that he would be a senile old man who would look sympathetic to a jury.

If I were the jury, I would convict him. It’s like the crap years ago when gangsters spent their lives stealing and killing. When they were finally indicted, they’d show up in court in a wheelchair claiming they were too feeble to go to jail.
