Why do you keep making things up ? Trump gifted the military equipment. That was by DESIGN in Trumps withdrawal plan. 98% of the equipment left was not in Kabuls, it was all across the country. The EQUIPMENT WAS SPREAD OUT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, because it was left where it was abandoned when Trump withdrew the troops. There were many bases of operation all over the country, where the equipment was left, or destroyed in place. So for Biden to “get it back’ he would have had to restart the war and take it back!!!! We didn't just hand over anything to the Afghanis until they were trained to use it and the training was not complete. This sort of thing is quite common. My father Commanded an Artillery Battery in the Philippines when WWII ended. It was cheaper and less trouble to take the guns out into the middle of Manila Bay and sink them than to bring them home. So that's what they did. I Commanded an Artillery Battery in Germany myself in the 1980's. We had explosives on hand to destroy sensitive equipment in case of war. A few guys with hand grenades could have destroyed the helicopters we left to the Taliban. Some guys firing at the storage containers could have ruined all the night vision systems... and so on. Easy... and done many times before when equipment has been threatened with falling into the hands of the enemy.
