Is there actually any optimism on the "pro-life" side for "victory"?

How do you PROVE that a woman taking it is or was pregnant in a court of law?

Do I really need to explain that one? This can't be a serious question. The same way you prove anything in the court of law. There is nothing special to it

    Details....TRY to give me some.

Who's going to provide the evidence that she was pregnant? Her doctor...who gave her the prescription? And what if the doctor says "She had a miscarriage BEFORE she went on Mifepristone"....how do you PROVE he is lying?

I'm asking you....oh, learned one in the ways of criminal law.

TELL ME HOW ....IN DETAIL....you PROVE in a court of law, that a woman was pregnant while she took Mifepristone, when she and her doctor say it was to treat Cushing's Syndrome?

It's called evidence. Yes medical records are admissible as evidence. If a woman is confirmed pregnant before starting the drug, or even during and then while still taking the drug she has a miscarriage, that is evidence that she was pregnant while taking the drug, then had a miscarriage. Then the burden of proof would be did the drug directly impact the miscarriage.
If she is never confirmed pregnant, then there is no issue with taking the drug, so it would render your argument moot. There would never be a court case where a non pregnant woman gets charged with abortion. Can't abort what isn't there.
Now you can cry oh the woman's privacy is being violated by having her medical records in the court, or her being investigated under suspision of mifeprostone use while pregnant. She knows the laws and if you break the laws, or get accused of breaking the law, yes an investigation will take place.
No different then any other law being broken will result in an investigation to include malpractice lawsuits. Medical records are used as evidence then to.
bottom line, don't want to be investigated, or arrested, then don't break the law. If you break the law and get caught, you have nobody to blame but yourself. If no law is broken then you might have a civil case.
I await your response I hope you can answer without twisting what im saying

WHO calls the police when they "suspect" a woman had an abortion and what EXACTLY do they say?

HOW do you "suspect " a woman had an abortion?

Are you aware that the courts are overflowing with important crimes?

To what end do you want women harassed this way?

And we see AGAIN what happens when the "pro-lifers" are asked the most SIMPLE of questions like

"Okay how EXACTLY would you uncover evidence of an abortion?"

"How EXACTLY do you determine that a woman is a 'suspect' for having an abortion?"

"If the doctor who performed the abortion could be charged, why would he keep medical records showing his own guilt?"

And their answer "Uh...we'll just do it is all, same as any crime!!!!"...a grade school answer.
