Jews, according to the story I linked, were not allowed entry into the USA after WW2 because they were wrongly accused of being communists.

It was more than that. The U.S. at that time had a lot of anti-Semitic attitudes. Christianity had a lot more influence at that time. Many fundamentalists associated the Jewish people with crucifixion of Christ. They also made snide remarks about “Jew traders” and “Jew lawyers.” When I worked for the phone company, I once had a Jewish boss. He was a great guy, but I couldn’t believe some the comments “the old timers” from the World War II generation made behind his back. It was awful.

 

Britain put them there in order to avoid a future holocaust and it was the Jewish homeland. Israel is an ally, not a proxy.

 

More accurately some Jews, not all Jews. The policy applied to Catholics as well. Not as bad as what we did to Japanese Americans during the war, though.

It is a mutually beneficial relationship that has nothing to do with natural gas.

 

With US support Israel has a better chance to expand its territory and the US will always be able to use Israel as a base in a future war. That's what seems obvious to me anyway. I'm sure there's more. Tell us what you know.

 

I don't know any more than you do. Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and that seems like the major thing. By Israel succeeding economically under a democracy while its neighbors do not provides a good case for democracy. The U.S. has no bases in Israel but I assume Israel would allow one if needed as you say. Israel is the only middle eastern country that doesn't hate the U.S. They are a great ally, right up there with Canada, UK, Australia and Poland.

 

The people in other middle eastern countries hate the US because the US installs puppet governments in some of them which allow the US to steal its resources. The people in those countries hate Israel because Israel evicted the Palestinians from their country and took it over. I knew a Palestinian whose mother was there. The family had a farm which they'd had for several generations. The Zionists came and evicted them at gunpoint and they became refugees. The US media give a false picture of the history of that area.

 

The Palestinians have never had a country. Palestine was not a state. It was a UK protectorate. There has never been a Palestinian nation. The UK ceded the land to the Jews in the hope of preventing a future holocaust. If Arabs were ejected from Israel it was not because they were Arabs. There had to be another reason. I know this because 25% of the Israeli population is Arab currently. Obviously the Jews tolerate their living in Israel. Those that moved to Gaza moved there by choice because of anti-semitism.

The U.S. doesn't have the power to install governments in foreign countries. You post is a non-starter. Sorry. Emotional propaganda rather than facts.
