Any time they choose, I imagine. Gaza is not a country. It is part of Israel. Israel allows them to live there an self govern. They aren't very good at self governance, obviously. That Gazans choose live there rather than in Israel proper is a mystery to me but I'm not filled with religious hatred.

Hamas is a terrorist organization sponsored by Iran which won the legislative branch of the Gazan government in 2006 after Israel left Gaza in 2005 and then took control of the Gaza Strip in a violent coup. There has never been another election in Gaza since.

It now obvious that I did understand you correctly which means that your claim of a 1 : 1 "kill ratio" is typical dishonest Israeli propaganda.

Even the blatantly pro Israel Wikipedia cites a civilian kill ratio of about 20 Palestinians killed for each Israeli on 7 October 2023 and with about Palestinian body parts buried under rubble, Israel's kill ratio is even more damning:

Gazan civilians have never been citizens of Israel. When Israel left in 2005 Gazan civilians identified as Palestinian citizens. They voted once and Hamas took of the Gaza Strip.
