When the Ummayads were overthrown and the Abbasid Caliphate came to power, Jews were treated quite well, as were Christians. Most of Western Europe, like Britannia and the Carolingian Empire were backwards people compared to how advanced and civilized the Abbasids were.

At best you can say that when the Jews ethnically cleansed 700,000 Arabs out of Israel and thieved their lands, than decades later Arabs did the same thing.
