I was reading some random articles and ran across this. It contains a good bit of factual info in it, but reading it made me consider this. What effects does Putin have on Trump? How may he have influenced legislative action in the US?
Here could be an answer. Johnson has turned out to be a Trump surrogate, he admits he talks to him almost every day. And it has been widely reported that Trump is pulling the strings for some of the Republican representatives, including Johnson.
What a perfect gift for Putin! Hold up aid for Ukraine AND create more border chaos!
