As often you don't know what you're talking about.

Trump, 18 others charged under Georgia’s RICO Act. Here’s what that means

Almost! The person Trump attempted to suborn didn't fold.

The issue is that Trump tried to make him commit a crime.

There's no evidence of that, hence the charges were dropped.

Glad you agree they have evidence for all the other charges

That's not what the judge said.

He agreed that the phone call shows Trump suborning a crime. He just wants the crime to be more specifically identified.

It's almost like he was in charge of a polling station where votes were being counted and they told everyone they were done for the night to go on home and then suddenly start counting again when they observers leave.

Things like that are in your face blatant evidence of a crime.

Are you proposing that as a justification for Trump's crime?

You mean the alleged crime where the charge has now been dropped?

Do you not think incidents like the one I mentioned warrant any sort of investigation or charges?

It was investigated. They said you’re wrong. Happy? You don’t want an investigation you want someone to confirm the bullshit you already believe

We know what the judge did and what is necessary to cause it to be added back.

Given the persistence in Republican attempts to exonerate Trump and smear Biden when there is NO evidence, I have EVERY confidence that if there is something there, Republicans will be all over it.

Hey - one good thing for Trump is that this isn't the case he hates the most! This one is only about democracy.

Democracy says you don't tell the polling place observers that you're done counting for the night and send them home and then resume counting as soon as they are gone.

Fulton County didn't verify any signatures on mail in ballots, either.

New charges mean a new grand jury, discovery, pre-trial process/motions, etc. Look how sloppy this process went for Fani and Wade; the defense attorneys would get a second at-bat. This means that the trial may slip past the election, and the entire point was election interference. Since we all know (including everyone with TDS) that Fani's primary goal is election interference and not due process or justice, she won't want to wait for this to get sorted. She has minimal avenues to appeal this. Therefore, the likely outcomes:

    1. Fani leaves these charges dropped, and her case becomes even thinner than it was before. Remember, it looks like the phone call was illegally recorded and thus potentially fruit from the poisonous tree. She may not have much of anything left to go to trial with. The phone call was recorded in Florida, an all-party recording state. The person who recorded it, Jordan Fuchs, can be indicted.
    2. Fani and her office will be disqualified from prosecuting this case again. The last time she was disqualified, it went to the state council, where it has been sitting dormant for two years, which shows that this case is political nonsense with no legs.

If that's how it goes, so be it. Regardless of the outcome of the election, the Orange Stain needs to go on trial. These are state charges so even if he wins, he can't dismiss them or pardon himself. After all, no one is above the law, right ?

Reread what the judge said. Then get back to us.
