Threats against people who call out such partisan propaganda is a classic tactic of bullies and extreme partisans. Seems they can't take either the heat or the truth.

We have plenty of evidence of Russian efforts to corrupt social media in the US with divisive and subversive messages. You were probably one of the many right wingers who reposted some of it on this Forum (and there were a lot of them).

The collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians was so widespread, that we are now able to see a distinct pattern and a strong correlation between the public statements of Trump and the dialogues with Russian operatives.

Really, the only thing that remains to be revealed is how the process started, and who instituted it.

The Russians own Trump, lock, golf course and casino. They know more about Trump's finances than you will ever know. Why do you think that Trump went to such lenghts to hide his finances from you.

And Trumpsters were dumb enough to fall for his made up claim that he was this fabulously successful businessman who was worth $10 billion (or $1.8 billion, or $1.4 billion, depending on which self reporting disclosure form of his you read).

Trump is a loser.

 

A few of us had this discussion before. Roberts called the mandate "a tax". That "tax"is about to be removed. Trump should have done tax reform first, removal of the mandate will kill Obamacare. Then "all parties"will be willing to sit at the table to discuss health care reform next time.

 

And you can enjoy your's.

 

I find it hard that anyone would really believe that.

The mandate is not the only tax in the ACA, for one thing. So this oft repeated claim from the right wing is probably not so.

Trump isn't interested in tax reform. He's interested in pandering to his base with a promise of a tax cut, while handing the swamp everything it ever dreamed of.

There is little reform in the tax bill. All the talk about paying for cutting the corporate rate by cutting "loopholes" disappeared, but the loopholes, including the notorious carried interest deduction (so cherished by guys like Steve Mnuchin) lives on. So has all talk by conservatives about fiscal responsibility as the tax bill blows up the deficit.

The Republicans have no plan at all for health care. That was laid bare this year. Of course, the more astute among us already knew that (those of us who know that Fox, Gateway Pundit, Info Wars and Breitbart are not news).

 

Say what you will, but Robert's vote on the Obamacare mandate he CLEARLY called it a tax, not a fine. And like it or not, the mandate is the final straw that will break O'Camelcare's back.

Mueller, Comey, and Co. aren't really what one would consider Republican. The alphabet soup agencies are islands among themselves, and over history are not exactly bastions of America's trust. It's about power, and Trump has promised his electorate to drain that swamp. The powers that be are fighting tooth and nail to prevent it.
