Even (hypothetically) if we had PROOF that Trump had sexually assaulted women (something we do not have), there would STILL be a huge problem with automatically believing one specific woman's accusations and giving her large amounts of money for it.

There's a problem when the only solid (and specific) evidence is testimony of the person initiating the lawsuit and trying to get money.

There's a problem when there's pretty much no possible way to prove the woman is a liar, and there's no possibility she could ever face any punishment for her lies.

Let's say I claim you sexually assaulted me 24 years ago. Now prove it didn't happen.

Courts don't deal in PROOF. They deal in evidence and the credibility thereof and of witnesses.
