I was just looking at some stats on S&P and even when the Rouble was within the SWIFT scheme (2021) the total traded as a straight % of value against all currencies the Rouble was 0.2% of transactions...so I'm at a loss to your figure of 39%....is this perhaps just in Moscow and not the international markets?
