Lesbian couple accused of faking hate crime at Colorado home

Yeah, but there is such thing as "the boy who cried wolf". If you want to make a public immune to the plight of victims of hate, getting caught faking stuff is the sure fire way to go.

 

I don't know if the lesbians will get a break from the district attorney or from the lib judge but I don't think they will suffer any serious punishment for their crime.

 

I just can't see why they did it...unless it was to get the HOA off their backs about the dog situation.

If they have no criminal record, they probably won't do time. But I bet you they get hammered in every other way. Probation for years, stiff fines, community service. They're not going to have fun.

 

I think the lesbians are worse too.

With hate crimes being very serious, I just hope authorities go back and check to see if the two have filed any others throughout the years. People usually do stuff several times before they finally get caught.

Well, you can always look to the high cost of contractor run prison systems that see no monetary benefit in early parole. The courts have to weigh in the cost of putting that individual in jail and if it is worth it to "we the people".

My guess is with no priors they will get a suspended sentence or some kind of acd.

Donald , Ducking into this thread I was most disappointed not to be told that these women were Black .
Surely they were Black , Donald .
Probably they couldn't find any white people near them to beat up .
This could hint a whole new area for you --- vicious Black Lesbian thugs beating up nice quiet white lesbian couples .

I was one of the people who took an interest in this story and was somewhat emotionally invested in these women. I felt bad that people in their own neighborhood would be so unwelcoming to them because of their orientation. I'm very disappointed that they would abuse their neighbors and other gays and lesbians in this manner. Plus...I feel duped. Can't help it, natural reaction and such.

I wonder how many more faked hate crimes there are being trumped up? I wonder how accurate polling is with this type of criminal pressure and psychological manipulation being applied? People feel safe behind the voting curtain. At least there they cannot be "zapped".

Five of them tried to gang rape me when I was 14. One of them was a dear friend who was molested as a boy and thereby became sexually promiscuous and died of AIDS; but not until after infecting 100s of other young men/boys he slept with in the abused-abuser cycle. One gay in my town was giving drugs to 13 year old boys in exchange for sex. These boys are now inexplicably gay or bisexual when before they were chasing girls. Scores of GLBTQs, nearly all of them in fact, are promoting a drugged-child sex offender to children as their "hero" in one of our States, legally, and with the blessing of legislators...

I think it's safe to say we've all had experience with the GLBTQ movement. And not all of it has been festive parades with naked people performing sex acts/dry humping in front of little kids on mainstreet. You can see the gay agenda as you like. I see it as a mental illness. Even the most benign gays I've known, and I've met scores and scores of them [lived near the Bay Area], have been "in my face" about their sex lives. I called it "verbal rape". On and on and on and on they went with talk of the intimate details of their many and varied sex buddies. The only thoughts I could come away with is "these poor people need help...and fast". Then later when I learned they'd forcibly had themselves removed from the DSM, it all made sense. None of them can get help even if they wanted it. They are a cult now. Not even science is allowed to confront them.

And hence the reason I always say they're barking up the wrong tree. Instead of fighting this as a civil rights issue [which sexual behaviors can never be], they should fight it as a religious issue. There they have teeth, legally speaking.

 

I thought it was something big because you seem very...firm fixed? I have had similar trauma-based experiences in my life that altered my perception of people for some time, as well. I'm mostly past that now. Mostly.
