    Correct, and that is most commonly seen in government employees. Indeed, it was extremely well documented by the Pentagon Papers. Do you remember that?

    The mendacity of the US government has been demonstrated over generations. Deception is how it operates. Do you remember Iran-Contra?

    I think it is even more common for people to lie anonymously on the internet than the government. People like to score cool points with strangers who are inclined to buy the crap they are selling.

    Yes, you would think that, skillfully ignoring the lessons learned by more honest men from things like Pentagon Papers and Iran-Contra.

    My brother believes that Pfizer is a truth telling and beneficent organization, despite its criminal history and what's being revealed monthly regarding the shots by Pfizer's internal documents.

    Ignoring reality is something that some humans do very well. The lawyers call it willfull ignorance and the shrinks call it cognitive dissonance.

    It’s getting harder to conceal the deaths and injuries caused by the pseudo vaccines, including the striking drop in fertility and the permanent damage to millions of people’s immune systems that will lay them low with cancer, neurological illness, and cardiovascular disease in the months ahead.

    There's a reason these types believe in conspiracy theories.
    The sad part, about 50% of the R voters belong to conspiracy theory beliefs.

    That same 50% still thinks the 2020 election was stolen.
    And not a single person in 1.5 yrs has offered any meaningful evidence. Just more conspiracy theories.

    I really have no idea, except if fits the belief system they've been brainwashed into. I can think of no other reason.

    Human kind has been around for over 50,000 yrs.
    We've had more serious viruses than Covid and mankind still exists.

    The government is more reliable than any other single source.

    I know the cool kids all say the government lies all the time, but it’s just not the case.
