Hillary is a "She" my dear .. and just because a criminal has yet to be charged .. for one reason or another -- does not mean one can not speculate on how much time should be given for the crime.

 

This is one of the many times it's frustrating not to be able to paste more of the article I'm taking excerpts from. I'm going to try to paste the salient parts.

Mr. Sussmann had obtained that information from a client, a technology executive named Rodney Joffe.

Citing this filing, Fox News inaccurately declared that Mr. Durham had said he had evidence that Hillary Clinton’s campaign had paid a technology company to “infiltrate” a White House server. The Washington Examiner claimed that this all meant there had been spying on Mr. Trump’s White House office. “The press refuses to even mention the major crime that took place,” Mr. Trump said in a statement on Monday.

There were many problems with all this. For one, much of this was not new: The New York Times had reported in October what Mr. Sussmann had told the C.I.A. about data suggesting that Russian-made smartphones, called YotaPhones, had been connecting to networks at Trump Tower and the White House, among other places. The conservative media also skewed what the filing said. For example, Mr. Durham’s filing never used the word “infiltrate.” And it never claimed that Mr. Joffe’s company was being paid by the Clinton campaign.

Most important, contrary to the reporting, the filing never said the White House data that came under scrutiny was from the Trump era. According to lawyers for David Dagon, a Georgia Institute of Technology data scientist who helped develop the Yota analysis, the data — so-called DNS logs, which are records of when computers or smartphones have prepared to communicate with servers over the internet — came from Barack Obama’s presidency.

Most that have it do not actually realize they have it .. kind of like the state sponsored propaganda so copiously ingested. Would not be very good propaganda if the adherent knows it is propaganda now would it.

Special counsel John Durham is using court filings to spread conspiracy theories about the 2016 election, attorneys for defendant Michael Sussmann said in a late Monday court filing. Durham set off a furor in conservative media over the weekend after adding some more flavor to his now-familiar mélange of allegations waving toward a broad conspiracy involving the Clinton campaign. In a Friday night court filing, Durham said that a tech executive linked to Sussmann had “exploited” access to White House servers by “mining” them for data in a bid to gather “derogatory information about Donald Trump.

Via that access, Durham claimed, the executive was able to observe internet traffic from “(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States.” Conservative media and the Trump family seized upon the allegation to dust off a familiar refrain: that the Obama administration and/or the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign had “spied” on Trump during or after the election.

Well, yes it does if you're a serious person in a serious discussion. You can't speculate on a sentence without knowing or at least first speculating the charges as well.

If you just want to verbally masturbate at the thought of Clinton or Trump or anyone else going to prison then no you can just imagine it like any other fantasy.

It's a much repeated tale of right wing media spreading a lie and those inside the bubble being eager to adopt it. Now that it's been thoroughly debunked like many other lies it has become part of the false narrative. In post #41 the OP says "Hillary Spied and Lied" despite there not be a shred of truth to it. Because, regrettably, for them the truth is immaterial to their beliefs.

I'm no fan of Hillary, but getting from this point to "jail" requires that there be personal knowledge of the event on her part - or was it he campaign staff
thinking they could help her most by insulating her from any questionable actions on their part.

I have no problem with Hillary and Trump spending the rest of their lives locked up - they are toxic to our political system.
