We don't often agree. But I have never agreed with you more, however. Adding Biden to the list.

A man far smarter than me once said "we get the government we deserve." Truth.

But the duopoly counts on our apathy and promotes our vilification of the "other" with remarkable skill. Of course considering the effect of extraordinary popular delusions and the madness of crowds, we make their job easy.

Why was no one charged for this? . . . and if you agree that this story is a nothingburger, than we are saying the exact same thing.

Supported by his business history and personal knowledge of his business dealings prior to his being President - and the fact that his Accounting Firm
    just dropped his ass.

    Party politics causes blindness.

Let's review. The overt lies spun by various right wing media sources making erroneous assertions based on Durham's filing last Friday have been thoroughly debunked. Even Durham himself, in a half-assed way, has backed away from the ridiculous RWM claims.

Court Filing Started a Furor in Right-Wing Outlets, but Their Narrative Is Off Track

New details on 2016 Russia probe prompt flawed allegations of espionage

Durham Distances Himself From Furor in Right-Wing Media Over Filing
The special counsel implicitly acknowledged that White House internet data he discussed, which conservative outlets have portrayed as proof of spying on the Trump White House, came from the Obama era.

But over the weekend, the conservative news media treated those sentences in Mr. Durham’s filing as a new revelation while significantly embellishing what it had said. Mr. Durham, some outlets inaccurately reported, had said he had discovered that the Clinton campaign had paid Mr. Joffe’s company to spy on Mr. Trump. But the campaign had not paid his company, and the filing did not say so. Some outlets also quoted Mr. Durham’s filing as using the word “infiltrate,” a word it did not contain.

Most important, the coverage about purported spying on the Trump White House was premised on the idea that the White House network data involved came from when Mr. Trump was president. But Mr. Durham’s filing did not say when it was from.

Lawyers for a Georgia Institute of Technology data scientist who helped analyze the Yota data said on Monday that the data came from the Obama presidency. Mr. Sussmann’s lawyers said the same in a filing on Monday night complaining about Mr. Durham’s conduct.

Mr. Durham did not directly address that basic factual dispute. But his explanation for why he included the information about the matter in the earlier filing implicitly confirmed that Mr. Sussmann had conveyed concerns about White House data that came from before Mr. Trump was president.

This reporting puts Faux's lies in context and on full display. Which, I might add, happens every day.

Will the truth put an end to this story? Of course not. The Following still thinks Trump won the election. Once a lie circulates among them they hold on to it like a life raft.

The above is false and it doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to figure that out. Your preferred outrage dealers are misrepresenting the events to deliver their usual fix.

Yes of course.....all you just mentioned is "criminal"! Think you wouldn't approve of the dealings of ANY business man. Business is complicated. Government makes it that way. Wage earners get often confused when business men maneuver legally within the corrupt government system to avoid paying the higher taxes. I had a CPA drop me once because she thought I should pay the most in taxes.....I refused. Got a new accountant who saved me tons and never once got in trouble. You just don't understand business and that's why you lean left!

Dude - I've been self employed for decades - never had to declare bankruptcy, never stiffed my sub-contractors, never had to pay fines for running a fake university,
never had to pay fines for running a questionable charity ... there is just too much smoke surrounding Trump for there not to be flames.

Read post #80. Or any of my posts with references to a total refutation of RWM's deceitful reporting. You're ignoring the evidence making a mockery of your thesis.

That is a real "Dudical" response. If he did indeed stiff contractors we would have to know the circumstances. I have been a contractor. Anyone that tried to stiff me got there head handed to them. I knew the law. Also, if I didn't like them, I stayed away. Bankruptcy is not illegal. I do know Trump has never been indicted.....except perhaps by you in your posts.

What claim is refuted .. you keep making these meaningless nonsense statements. What thesis is being made a mockery ?

Can't help you mate if you can't manage to state what it is that is being refuted.

What your post does not refute -- is the fact that a Law office associated with the Clinton Campaign paid a Tech firm to hack the White House.

Or did I miss something .. post where this is refuted.

No people don't need to do that. You are trying to convince others that it is true. It doesn't become true just because you say it is.

People are making assumptions that are not logically correct: A lawyer is being investigated. That lawyer works for a law firm that was used by the Clinton campaign. That means the Clinton campaign must have spied.

This is how assumptions can be wrong: Paul Manifort was convicted of muliple charges including collaboration with pro Russion politicians in the Ukrane, Witness tampering, fraud, and lying to investigators. He was attached to the Trump campaign in 2016. Former President Trump therefore is guilty of those things.

    All of it.

The conservative media also skewed what the filing said. For example, Mr. Durham’s filing never used the word “infiltrate.” And it never claimed that Mr. Joffe’s company was being paid by the Clinton campaign.

Most important, contrary to the reporting, the filing never said the White House data that came under scrutiny was from the Trump era. According to lawyers for David Dagon, a Georgia Institute of Technology data scientist who helped develop the Yota analysis, the data — so-called DNS logs, which are records of when computers or smartphones have prepared to communicate with servers over the internet — came from Barack Obama’s presidency.

“What Trump and some news outlets are saying is wrong,” said Jody Westby and Mark Rasch, both lawyers for Mr. Dagon. “The cybersecurity researchers were investigating malware in the White House, not spying on the Trump campaign, and to our knowledge all of the data they used was nonprivate DNS data from before Trump took office.”

In a statement, a spokesperson for Mr. Joffe said that “contrary to the allegations in this recent filing,” he was apolitical, did not work for any political party, and had lawful access under a contract to work with others to analyze DNS data — including from the White House — for the purpose of hunting for security breaches or threats.

You do understand Hillary is a "Professional Politician" while Donald Trump has made his money in the private sector don't you? There is a difference between a "Statist" and a Capitolist. Hillary has all kinds of privilege's the private sector doesn't. Just look at the unchecked wealth of the Biden Crime Family!

Show what is false ? what are you talking about .. Prove that what is true .. you have descended into generalized gibberish.

That the white house was hacked by a Tech company hired by said Law Firm is a fact .. are you claiming this is false .. some "Conspiracy" concocted by Red.

Infantile response to an infantile picture that had nothing to do with anything. Well deserved.
