I love it when you continue to try to speak for others and continue to play the part of the fool.

They only have one label that exemplifies "ALL" of their true agendas, corporate sock puppets.

Romney and Obummer have almost the exact same big money donors, they are bed fellows for crying out loud, and Newt will take anybodies money, he has no shame.

LOL. The next time a judge asked why I walked up to a guy and socked him in the jaw, I will say "defense. Just ask the government, your honor".

Maybe when Paul drops out, you'll be able to see things a little clearer. We need a leader who can lead... not another one-man show... which is exactly what Ron Paul is.

...and still be a better choice than the rest of the non-conservative republicans running.

We need someone who will correct the mistakes of the past. Your "leaders" will just keep us going in the same direction.

And arent you the one that was backing the first candidate to drop out? You might want to get a refund on your crystal ball.

Still waiting for republicans to pull one out of their arses. Ain't gonna happen because any true conservative will be demonized and vilified just like you are doing to Paul.

It just sucks because if Romney is ran, Obama will win a 2nd term. We can't even point to all the Romney policies that would be the same as Obama's anyway, just to show you all what we are talking about. Independents and the youth swung the vote to Obama. That same demographic is not going to get excited about Romney over Obama. The math simply isn't there. They would all come out in droves for Paul, you would all still vote him simply because he is the GOP candidate. That swings towards Obama being out. I can't understand why this is so hard for you all to see. You know (*)(*)(*)(*) well there is no nation on earth that can harm us. I mean really. He still has internal economics you all like. So we don't attack anyone for 4 years? Is that really so important to you all? You all need America to be at war somewhere?

RP had an uneven night. He was right on the issues, but off in his delivery on a couple of questions. That crowd in SC acted like they were at at a wrestling match, though, and were overall an embarrassment to the state. Several Carolinians on another forum were saying as much while the debate was going on.

I'd say Newt helped himself at Santorum's expense. Romney held his own but may have lost some soft support. Perry had a good night, but too little too late. RP probably helped himself a little, but no home runs last night.

What it's shaking out to be is a 3 man race. It will be Romney, a 'Conservative' and RP coming out of SC.

Yeah, it was like something from the old days no doubt. It got poor reviews as far as debates go for the unruly crowd and candidates playing into it, but I bet it was (*)(*)(*)(*) fun to be there.

South Carolina along with the rest of the south have the people with the least amount of intelligence and class in the country.

The big difference between the 'leaders' on the debate stage and Obama is simple... the GOP is LISTENING to the people. To a person, they know we want smaller govt and less spending and they've all vowed to take us there. How anybody can think that's the 'same direction' we've been going for the last 3 yrs hasn't been paying attention.

There are no perfect candidates because there are no perfect people. And I don't have a stake in any of the GOP contenders. I'll vote for whoever ends up on the November ticket... which I what I've said all along.

My crystal ball says the same thing it's always said, ANYBODY BUT OBAMA, BABY!

This is Ron Paul talking about negotiating with terrorists. Same thing Barack Obama said going in... didn't work for BO, won't work for Paul. Nobody 'wants' war, but some of us are less eager to kiss ass than others.

The debate lasted for 2 hrs. This exch lasted about 2 minutes.

All those textbook republicans have been saying that stuff and doing nothing for 30 odd years. Why on earth do you believe this time around they are serious about it? They are as big government as the democrats. Wake up SMW. I want to see a Paul poster above the grill.

I don't know...there's dumbasses everywhere. I was a little surprised at the crowd. I thought with the debate being down on the coast there would be a lot less of that kind of behavior. I know the people where I live (Mississippi Coast) are generally more mannered than that.

Here's a little something on how the tickets were distributed. Seems like some were given out in a lottery and some went to SC GOP members that bought a hotel package.

With that system, it's easy to see how the crowd could have been 'packed' for one candidate or the other. That might explain some of that rowdiness.

Another geographical bigot. It's no wonder our country is so divided. Prejudice is the new patriotism.

What big difference? Romney is the front runner now, and all I see is someone who agrees with Obama on the NDAA, the Federal Reserve, same anti-gun stance, same stance on foreign policy, same stance on health care, no major difference on taxes, same support for bailouts, etc. There is no meaningful difference between the two. They are both big government statists.

But he's not talking about negotiating with terrorists he's talking about not bombing countries to hell or invading them without a plan. And terrorists aren't state actors from what I understand.

No, it's not. How you can get that from what he said explains a lot about the GOP's chickenhawk stance. The fact that the active duty military overwhelmingly supports RP says more than any of your and the GOP's attitude about chasing bogeymen all over the globe ever could.

Why don't you be a 'little less eager to kiss ass' and sign up? Or is it just okay to send someone else over there to bleed and die for your ego?

This is Ron Paul talking about negotiating with terrorists.

That is not "negotiating" with terrorists. That is him saying we need to take the proper channels to bring justice to light. Going in without using diplomatic resolutions first to try to resolve the issue is what he is trying to get us back to again!

For example, if we had someone in the United States that committed an act of viciousness with another country...would you like them to just go ahead and start bombing us without discussing it first??

I honestly hope you keep that BS up. The conservative movement was created out of small government types joining together with the religious right. Now, the religious right has taken over the republicans and statist economics stay in as long as the guy spits on a gay person. You all need to just form a big government party and you can fight over the social details of your party's platform amongst yourselves.

While I don't have the demographics of what age the active military are supporting Ron Paul, I have a hunch it is those under the age of 30. Just because someone wears a uniform, doesn't mean they are more informed than the rest of us.
