Looks like most people thought Ron Paul won the South Carolina debate

I am also disappointed that nowhere in the debate was trade brought up. Trade with China is a huge issue, as disgustingly negligent as the illegal immigration problem in most working American's eyes. Romney talking tough on China was his one strong suit since all the others are dedicated free traders. To be fair, in his defense, they screwed him out of the topic to which he gets working poor on his side. Mixed emotions, as I really don't want Romney, he will be the R version of Kerry, but liked seeing the issue brought up to know that those at the top are taking it seriously.

Panicked? Would you care to explain how anyone is panicking about Ron Paul?

Now that I have seen the entire debate, I can honestly say that Ron Paul was definitely the worst of the five. He drew the most boos. He was decimated by Gingrich with that stupid Chinese disident analogy, and his pathetic attempt to back peddle on the OBL take out truly marginalizing. The sooner he gets out the better...I really could care less if all his supporters vote him in a third party candidacy. The 9/11 truthers can go vote in Obama by voting for Paul before he gets onto his spaceship and returns to his native planet.

There was one person on the stage with more delegates than him. I think he is a viable candidate.

Please, tell me how crazy I am.

Being that the same group who booed his stance, booed him upon entry of the stage, one can help but think that was as choreographed as the questions themselves. It is not hard to plant people holding racist signs at a tea party rally, just as it is not hard to put boo leaders at a debate. Fact is, he was right. If a person who committed a terrorist act in China was hiding on American soil, we wouldn't stand for a second them doing whatever they feel like to capture the person. Paul is the only one who won't go to war with Iran. Paul is the only one who said zero income tax and zero inflation. Anyone other than Paul is more of the same.

Have only read this subject line but I have to laugh. This was Paul's worst performance. Only his die hard supporters could say he gave a good performance. He looked downright silly that night and at times confused.

Ron Paul is really on his game tonight. For the first time I feel he is one who may actually get his point across!
