The courts rule if the decision made is accurate.

Each State of electing board determines eligibility of ever single candidate that requests to be on the ballot.
That is one of the main things the boards do.

The boards make a decision. And a person has a right to appeal. Which then go to the courts. Where the ultimate decision will be handed out.

With what I have seen in the last 8 years, I don't think its possible for Biden or Trump to get a fair trial.
What usually eludes the left is how ever they are treated, can cycle down to you and your family.

So while the lefts goes wild every time a Secretary of State thinks she can overrule the constitution, or some dick face judge decides he can haul an ex president into court for fraud charges when they have no one being defrauded, I tend to look beyond getting my political rival to how is this going to be used in the future.

So while you are enjoying what ever spot light moment you deem worthy of crucifying your political foe, I see a collapse of not only the judicial process, but those cheering it on.
