You need a lesson in interrogation.

If you interview a suspect, or victim, immediately following something very devastating, their facts tend to not add up due to anxiety and adrenaline. Sure, most of the time you do give an initial interview, but it's usually later when the facts really add up.

For the record, I'm on your side regarding this whole shooting.

sounds like you need a lesson in interrogation, you don't give the suspect time to come up with a story after they know what evidence is out there

this is why cops hate it when suspects lawyer up, the longer you wait to interview them the more likely they lawyer up

if it was you or I, they would of tried to interviewed us that night

at laest we agree on that

You obviously know little or nothing of LAW.
And what a lame argument. According to you if it wasn't a cop, there'd be no need for a trial at all.

How about we wait for the trial instead of trying to be a backseat judge, jury and executioner?

Dallas police identified the officer who killed 26-year-old Botham Jean in his own home late Thursday as Amber Guyger, but they had yet to charge her late Saturday.

Guyger, a Dallas officer since November 2013, wasn't injured. Authorities said more police arrived within four minutes after the shooting was reported. Jean was pronounced dead at Baylor University Medical Center.

Police had said Friday that they were seeking an arrest warrant for manslaughter in Jean's death.

But the chief said Saturday that a judge had not signed a warrant because the Texas Rangers, who were interviewing the officer, had learned new information and wanted to investigate further before any warrant was issued.

The chief declined to disclose the new information.

The cop was standing right on the one damn thing that should have told her she had the wrong apartment!!

How could she make a mistake like this?? What ... the red rug not enough of a clue???

    I don't assume it. I know it.

Let's just say I have some insight on the matter.

    I don't know, something doesn't add up.

How can a sober person possibly mistake her home for someone else's? What did she think; this guy broke in and redecorated?

Before this incident she shot a guy who manhandled her and took her stun gun away from her

Some guy put his gun under the seat in my car, thinking it was his girlfriend's car. It was at least a week before I made a short stop and the gun came sliding out.

Smart move. More people on both sides are finally figuring out the redundancy of police officers, and why they shouldn’t exist.

She’ll end up like our local mongoloid, “Joel Jenkins”. She could have shot this guy in the face while drunk twice, and only get a year for it.

The laws around police NEED to change. They need to start owning up for their mistakes.

Trust me, it doesn’t matter if you have a vagina or not, it’s all about the badge.

    http://www.dispatch.com/news/201710...eputy-pleads-guilty-in-friends-shooting-death

Just make a bullshit story up after you shoot your neighbor in the head, TWICE, while you are drunk and say it’s an accident. You’ll only get 3 years tops and more than likely a reduction from that. Just make sure you have that badge.

I've walked into the wrong apartment before, but you'd have to be pretty inebriated not to notice once you are inside. Especially if you are far enough in for someone to "come up behind you."

She has been manhandled by male suspects befure and she did not perform well

After letting a man take her taser away from her she shot him with her sidearm

Something tells me they had to carry her through police school

Are you an expert in police training to know this? Such things happen to males.

    I am not an expert

But being a conservative I am practiced at thinking for myself

It must be difficult to be a lady police officer and have to deal with men who are bigger and stronger than she is

Maybe she should be a clerk typist or something

But with womens lib she gets thrust on the front lines where she may not belong

Dumb comment, and you're blaming her response to an attacker rather than the attacker for attacking.

Sorry, if someone attacks a cop, all bets are off, **** them.

Please share what ever insight you might have about when or why I might have called the cops.

Do recognize the irony of this statement in a thread about a cop killing an innocent man?

    No actually I don't.

Considering that there are about 14 million arrests per year, and about 2000 of those result in a cop shooting someone, you're more likely to win the lottery than be shot by a cop AS A CRIMINAL.

This kind of situation is statistically non-existent in an odds based scenario.

Part of it is simply demographics. Conservatives tend to live in rural areas with low police presence. Conservatives are also less dependent on others ideologically, and more likely to handle the issue themselves.

Conservatives are also more likely to have tools that allow them to protect themselves more than leftists.

Most police calls are of the "nuisance" variety. Loud noises in the middle of the night, neighbors, cat in a tree.....conservatives don't call the police for those kinds of things, generally speaking.
