    Constant social media posts from Trump (leader of the MAGA movement) talking about how "If you come after me, I'll come after you". Promising to go after his political rivals if he is re-elected.

And the ultimate in irony is that those transcripts literally showed that their talking heads know they are lying because they know that the rubes will swallow it up. Its not that the talking heads dont care (they dont), but that the isteners dont care about truth, they want tot hear what they want to hear.

    Questioning the source is not the topic. I haven’t reported any of yours because at least you still mention the topic while calling out fox. I’m talking about those who choose to believe that fox is the topic and they are not.

    Even if we believe your source , FaUX , in the manner they present their content on this topic:

    1) 39 Democrats elected him(apparently)
    2) 39 Democrats does not establish "the fact that democrats are supporting Marxist and communist theories".
    3) This person's prior speech on this topic is Constitutionally protected free speech.

    None of these charges will stick. I would be shocked to see them stick. But yes, if it was to overturn an election it would be fascist. That is it however and he had name long before this was done just because democrats spawns for their media. No one can say why he was a fascist just that he is. I can name multiple reasons I believe democrats are authoritarians, or racist. I can back those those claims. No one can label why Trump was deemed a fascist early in his political career

    It does support the fact. The majority of a democrat panel elected him. Which says the majority of democrats, specially in Colorado, support Marxism and legislative agendas that are against whites.

    The charges will stick, he will be tried and he will be convicted. It's actually a pretty open and shut case.
    That's just the case out of Georgia.
    In the documents case out of Florida, that's even MORE open and shut.
    1. He had the documents
    2. He was not authorized to have the documents
    3. He refused to return the documents

    That's it. That is as clear cut violation of 18 USC 793(e) as you can get

    4. He obstructed attempts to get the documents and he attempted to destroy subpoenaed evidence showing he had obstructed recovery of the documents

    That's it. Obstruction of Justice...again, open and shut.

    Biden had documents he was not authorized to have either. Which is also an open and shut argument that bidens use of the DOJ is in fact fascist. But that’s also not the topic. The topic is about this teacher. Let’s stay in topic

    Why does everyone who wants to equate Biden and Pence just ignore the third point?

    3. He refused to return the documents

    That's part of the violation of 18 USC 793(e)
    The very name of the charge is "WILLFUL RETENTION of National Security Documents"

    Biden and Pence, once the documents were discovered, returned them. No need for someone to ask. No need for a subpoena. No need for a search warrant. At no point did Biden or Pence attempt to hide the documents.

    Irene lawyers didn’t ask for his permission to turn them over. They just turned them over without his knowledge. Biden likely would have kept them much longer if not for them.

    that excluded he still had documents he should not have had. This breaking the law.

    An assumption on your part that you have no basis for making. Just showing your bias against Biden and for Trump.

    Also your link is about "classified documents" that is not what Trump is being charged with. 18 USC 793(e) makes no mention of classification.
