I do get your point and it is a matter of degree. I am careful not to point fingers at individuals here because i cannot judge that which i do not know. We do have too many that take advantage be it preying on those less fortunate or playing the victim for the sympathetic advantages. Nobody gets a pass aside for those who are truly dependent on others.

If Government could fix it, when Charles Whitman killed humans on the school tower (about 245 feet up) and down below on the walkways, it would have cured this by this time. Whitman killed them in TX. TX has largely cured their problem by allowing the freedom of the public to carry arms. Gun control means a steady and accurate aim.

Every time one of these shooters has to change magazines there is an opportunity to over power him or escape...so yea...it matters

What about when schools learn of the student's ways? What about when local law enforcement is called in? What about some citizens have informed the FBI. Think that is the best time to intervene?

It goes against human nature to charge unarmed at a person wielding a firearm.

 

How do you know that? I suggesting that even if a mass murderer is armed only with a single shot weapon if he is creative enough he can find a way to put massive amounts of bullets into the air.

True but I think the next time anyone attempts to hijack a plane, the passengers won’t allow that person to leave the plane alive. I think students might take the same approach the next time there’s a school shooting, depending on the ***** level of the kids. I have a feeling kids might not just stand down again. I’d love to see security footage of the next shooter getting torn literally limb from limb by a mob of enraged students who won’t take it anymore.

 

I assume you mean "shooters" rather than "schools" because "schools" would be a really stupid thing to say.

And regardless of what "shooters learn"...the fact that they'd be vulnerable every time they change magazines would not change. It's not exactly like there is an academy for school shooters. Thinking that there is would also be really really stupid.

And when law enforcement is called in...they can EXPLOIT that vulnerability...and have in fact done so
