I was aware of that. Those complaining about human behavior are not doing anything different.

 

Industry doesn't produce what is not in demand.

 

Here is the claim:

Those that believe that producing greenhouse gases is a problem are not changing their lifestyle; they are asking government to force others to change. My point is that this feigned concern for the planet is nothing more than rebleating what politicians fed them. Meanwhile, they still commute in their single occupancy vehicles and stop for some drive thru on the way.

Those that believe that producing greenhouse gases is a problem changing their lifestyle will make little to no difference. We need those who DON'T believe the above to change theirs, if we are to make a dent. And we don't do this by forcing them. We do it by making it appealing to change. And especially by making it less profitable for businesses that don't make it appealing to stay in business.

 

I watched the video. At least most of it. I don't think it will work. It takes a big cloud to cool the earth...or even a coral reef. And block out the sun while going solar?

Why should we believe them when they don't believe it enough to be an example for all of us? Frankly, I don't believe they believe it themselves.

 

It appears as though you want to use government to force manufacturers to change their business model. This has already been done and now, manufacturing is done in China, where there are no regulations and they dump more pollutants into the environment than if we just left US companies alone.

I thought you researched the validity of your arguments. That statement is not even close to true.

 

Global warming cannot be refuted as we are living between ice ages. Only the level of impact from human behavior can be argued. Those taking the position of human behavior being a main factor, engage in said behavior. That means that they they don't believe their own claims or that they don't really care.

 

Perhaps a few new members will fall for that.

 

The most interesting feature of Hurricane Dora was that it crossed the International Date Line and became Typhoon Dora. That is a very rare occurrence.

These fires on Maui are a direct result of abandoned plantations and non native species. The end.

 

I held my belief about AGW before it became a political issue. Nothing I have seen since has changed it. If anything, people like you are the problem. You appear to believe it because you are supposed to believe it. It certainly is not based on knowledge of the subject matter. Or possibly, you believe it because of the fictional scientific community consensus.

 

The global warming hoax has nothing to do with the fire in Hawaii.
