If Democrats would have had their way private employers would have been forced to either test all employees once a week ( which would have of course been cost prohibitive, and naturally designed to try to make the employer force the employee to take the vaccine )

So the fascist who attempted to mandate such a policy could claim for the low information types that they didn't force anyone to do anything.

When it was patently obvious they were trying to force private employers to do their bidding.

The fact that it was not able to be enforced because the courts found it to be unconstitutional does not change the fact that that is what they attempted to do.
