I clearly said that the ultimatum that he was trying to force on private employers amounted to a mandate because no employer is going to keep eating the cost of testing a large part of their workforce every single week.

So if you're going to try to jump in the middle of a conversation at least try to keep track of what said.

There was a vaccine mandate for companies with government contracts.
