no. because one person's freedom ends when another's starts. killing that baby violates its rights to future life. It doesn't say "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness... but only if you exist RIGHT NOW. It extends to everyone that WILL exist also. So to get an abortion is to deny someone of even having the chance of life. How is that okay?

Putting aside actual physical abuse, drugs, alcohol, extra-marital affairs etc. (which I think are good reasons for divorce), marriage is already a complex contract. It takes commitment of each party to the other and at any one time the terms can be very inequitable for either party.

The shameful part is that our liberal-socialist-secular-human society seems to actually encourage divorce for seemingly trite reasons. When children are involved it does irreparable emotional damage to them.
