Sure I do. Once lethal force it brought into the picture all bets are off. If there was a struggle for a firearm and shots were fired you don't DE-escalate the use of force. Pepper spray and the ASP do not always work. But you knew that since we were the Trainer-of-the-trainer, right?

    See above response.

You can be trained to handle stressful situations all day till Sunday, but when you life is threatened humans will always turn to nature. The natural thing is to fight for your life and do what is necessary to preserve it. All the training in the world will change that.

Holy uniformed post of the thread batman! Did you bother to read ANY of the info released on this case? You are like 3 weeks behind. Go back and read the pages of this thread before I waste my time with you.

Just be honest with yourself, you can try and mask it all you want, but we can see through it. You want the cop indicted. To YOU he is guilty until proven innocent. How you can honestly say "All the information I have says the cop didn't have to shoot him" is beyond me and frankly leaves me speechless.

That's the whole point of a thorough investigation, you have to take ALL the data you have to come to the most probable conclusion.

We'll I am assuming the results on the altercation were visible on Officer Wilson's face, of which I am sure we will eventually get pictures once the investigation is over.

Sorry, but no. I answered this question in the posts above.

And investigations are based off of just an officers testimony. EVERYTHING is taken into account.

    Very good post.

Not all, but this one WAS a thug and a criminal.

That's right, they just caaaan't wait for a reason to rape and pillage. Savages is what they are.

I must be one of the few Americans who hasn't followed this case closely, so I can only mention what I've heard. What I've heard is that the officer was struck so hard in the head that one of his eyes was almost enucleated. In this case, just as in the Trayvon Martin case, the medical reports about the supposed perpetrator(!) are concealed by the media. I'm surprised that Moi, seeing the facts contradict so much of the "street wisdom" about what happened, is still certain the officer did wrong.

It's easy for those who've never been in a life-or-death struggle to write essays saying the officer ought to have done A instead of B. They forget about pain and fear and mere seconds in the dark. A policeman may draw his gun because it's the fastest and easiest way of defending himself from a violent assault.

Could the officer reach his pepper spray as quickly as his gun? Doesn't pepper spray have to reach the face to be effective, while a bullet almost anywhere can slow or disable someone? Would the officer have been able to reach his pepper spray in time to spray the face of his assailant, a large powerful man attacking him? And why does Moi doubt the officer's testimony, especially when there are eye witnesses and now forensic evidence to support it? Lest we forget, Brown was a violent robber, not the "gentle giant" of left mythology.

To the foamy-mouthed Left, this case is a clear as "Black and White"...their religion. The facts are not really pertinent...just the Race Agenda.

Have you seen Officer Wilson's face?

True, but I just want to make sure his death was justified. Even a criminal is given that right.

Is that what the slave master was a savage. Do you consider every white man who was a part of the South a savage? Do you call all the Presidents who look the other way and allowed their black citizens to be treated as less than human as savages? I am just asking because we are talking about savages.

Of course not, the usual response will be "that was in the past" or "I didn't own any slaves and we're talking about today" or something to that effect.

So if the first shot had killed him it would have been OK then its that it took six that is your problem here.

Ok... lemme get out my fat crayons for you and explain the simple concepts which make the point which befuddles you.

The above is a ludicrous assertion which defies credulity. It is nonsensical, and it is your position.

This is a humorous way of demonstrating that one cannot prove a negative... which is what would be required if you did not have common sense, and could not, of your own accord, determine that the initial statement was ludicrous.

I don't like talking to black people like they are children, because it feels racisty. In the future if you are confused, please pm me so I can help you with English and philosophy.

Interesting and pertinent FACT that you might NOT know since it seems to be hidden in the middle of long articles. But THIS could be the real difference in this incident.....AND the verdict:

"The Washington Post, meanwhile, reported that at least six black witnesses gave grand jury testimony that supported Wilson's side of the story."

And this comes from the Washington Post: a liberal-leaning paper......and was reported in a CNN article.

You've got that one nailed to the wall! Considering that the Washington Post once owned uber leftwing Slate e-zine and started up and then financially supported uber (leftwing approved) and utterly racist TheRoot e-zine . . . yeah one could say that they lean Left . . . as an amusing understatement; that is.

In fact they are the newspaper organization of the Left's that's equivalent of NBC owning and then financially force feeding MSNBC for all those years. The point being, of course, that when the Washington Post finally decides to poke holes in a cherished leftwing racial meme of a racist and murderous White Cop shooting to death a delicate and peach-fuzz decorated 'Gentle Giant' just to see the 'child' drop, with aspects of the freaking damn truth (even if buried half way down the article), then . . . it's gospel.

I sure hope you do not think their (those accused of misdoings) testimony is more reliable cause they waited for the facts to come out....

You have no business commenting on this or any subject relating to crime then. EVERYONE knows that eye witness testimony is by far the least reliable evidence. People lie, forget, remember incorrectly what happened. This has been demonstrated ad naseum in psychological studies showing how multiple people come up with contradictory versions of the same event.

It proves that Brown had part of his body inside the car and the the gun was unholstered and discharged inside the SUV and this supports officer Wilson's account of the event. To me the bigger question that the Brown side of this event needs to answer is: why was any part of Brown's body inside the SUV?, why was the gun unholstered and discharged inside the SUV? Wilson gave his very plausible account, now what

This is called material and circumstantial evidence that corroborates officer Wilson's story and proves nothing, but as more and more of this type of evidence has been piling up in Wilson's favor, it will be enough to keep the GJ from indictment.

Sounds like you need to speak to your conservative brethren they are the ones who keep posting about how all these secret black eyewitnesses have been testifying before the Grand Jury.

DJ’s statements just after the event lines up perfectly with blood placement, and other witness accounts, we already know why MB was up in the window and why that gun was out is for DW to say. There is no way that big lumbering giant got through that window over that cop to unholsterd and remove the gun no (*)(*)(*)(*)ing way

I didn't bring it up, YOU did. That's why I asked. So, I'll ask again do you consider the Black Tribes in Africa that sold their own people into slavery to the slave traders savages. They could have chased them off instead.

They are making my point. You have two sets of witnesses making conflicting and contradictory statements. Someone is either flat out lying or they are not remembering things correctly. The ONLY evidence that is reliable is recorded evidence like camera footage etc. and the autopsies. I am only aware of one cam footage from a cell phone where people in the background were talking about how MB rushed the cop and both the autopsies including the one paid for by the defense show that all the bullet wounds were front to back completely contradictory to the LIARS who claimed that he was shot while running away. That along with the wound on Brown's hand and the GSR on Brown's hand which you could ONLY get from being extremely close to the gun itself all indicate that Brown did indeed try to grab his gun. YOU DO NOT GRAB A COP'S GUN. Once you do that all bets are off and you either immediately drop to the ground on your stomach or you will be shot. Since it has been established at this point that Brown did in fact go for the officer's gun then all of this is his fault.

What I did do that liberals and conservatives did not do on this topic is wait till enough HARD evidence was in to make my conclusion. The pathetic thing was that almost immediately everyone lined up and took sides with some people automatically assuming that Brown was guilty and deserved and and others assuming that the cop just shot him because he was black. Both sides should be ashamed of themselves for not waiting for the facts to come out.
