    That has nothing to do with the subject of teen pre-marital pregnancy.

    As I said, there's also county Health Departments. And Medicaid, which most poor are on.

    I can't think of a better thing to do after your city is burned to the ground than to announce you will get rid of the police. These are the types of people that need corks stuck on the end of their forks so they don't hurt themselves.

    They're not holding the city acountable for the loss. Just not going to rebuild there I wouldn't either.

    And then they're talking about defunding the police making it harder to find police, and insured that they're not corrupt no I'd leave that City in a heartbeat. They would appeal to the rioters let them have that s*** hole

    not everybody can you have to have the right personality the right drive in the right skills or be able to obtain the right skill.
    we didn't just because someone did something doesn't need mean we needed it.
    we didn't need the federal set asides.

    I don't know that it is harder for black people to get business loans or mortgages.

    If people can't see what you see then they never will. So carrying on about white privilege is an exercise in futility.

    So if there's no solution to your problem outside of making someone do something they can't do It sets you up for a perpetual problem. Making it hopeless and if nothing can be done why do anyting?
