the rich that owned slaves were southern conservatives.... not liberals

southern conservatives argued that prices would go up, if slaves were freed, and they had to pay a living wage for their labor

kinda like they do now about raising the min wage

 

Southern conservative Dems...now they are Minn NYC etc still voting dem and creating dependent classes they keep in their place.

 

dems are now liberals... those southern conservatives all went to the right, you can keep them

the right wants the rich to get richer and the middle class on down to get poorer

Conservatives welcome anyone that embraces freedom and leaves your old world authoritarian views that the so called “liberal progressives” believe in today

 

we know who the southern conservatives are, same ones fighting to keep Confederate flags and statues on State house lawns, not fooling anyone
