If God and Jesus are basically the same, like certain Biblical verses say, then Jesus is, basically, approving of the atrocities of the OT, such as slavery, rape, killing gays, etc. Jesus sounds like a barbarian.

No-one has proven God's existence. In any form. Historical facts do not prove Jesus was anything but a Jewish teacher.

Historians and great scientist such as Albert Einstein has proven God's existence. Jesus Christ as you stated is for real and in your view was a Jewish teacher for the Pharisees he was a blasphemer who claim to be the Son of God and was crucified for that and his dead body went missing no trace as to where it went but evidences of resurrection is everywhere with the inability of the Pharisees to stop the Apostles from sharing the evidences of Christ resurrection. Christ was a Jewish teacher, a prophet, a man but most of all the Son of God the evidence that God is real and exist.

 

Einstein was a pantheist, though. I can show you his personal letters that disparage the Judeo-Christian god if you'd like. Anyway, what is Einstein's "proof"? If such proof existed, then there'd be no atheists.

Atheist wants to believe what they wanted in spite of all the facts but once they start to dig deeper atheist such as Richard Dawkins would later become unsure of themselves and would prefer to be agnostics.
Both Jesus and Mohammed are historical figure it proves that both are real person just like Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan or Plato are real historical person the difference is that Jesus proof he was God, Mohammed proof he was a prophet of Islam, Alexander the Great a conqueror.

Jesus told us what is required to enter into Heaven. That's all you need to know. It's pretty simple. The confusion comes from those who refuse the simple truth, and rely on their own understanding.

Jesus Christ and Jesus of Nazareth is one and and the same unless you are referring to the Islamic Jesus then that will not be the Christ.
Just like the Pharisees they refused to recognize Jesus is the Son of God the God so they had him crucified and still they could not disprove Jesus is not God just like you have failed to disprove Jesus is not Christ unless you are referring to Jesus of Islam.

sons and Son of God are different we are all sons and daughters of God but Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

If according to Dawkins believing God is delusional then why bother to disprove something that is not real? Why can't he instead prove that atheism is real? or better yet why change of thoughts to say not sure at all?
