Russia needs to stop attacking its neighbors.

They now face a solid wall from the Arctic to the Black Sea.

I think the point was that he fought Russians, and it doesn't matter that he was a Nazi. It was an attempt to normalize the idea that Russians are so bad, that even Nazis should be embraced in the fight against them. They desperately want the public to be complicit in using Nazis so as to save some face when the truth comes out.

I can't help but notice the irony here. In the 2012-2016 period on this site, I was repeatedly told that the US government was funding Islamic extremists (by many of the same people saying we aren't using Nazis in Ukraine) even AQ, and I refused to believe it. I was naive, and I thought there must be enough good, rational people in our government to check such recklessness. Since the people who pointed out our support for AQ are obviously not naive in the same way, I wonder what their excuse is for refusal to follow the evidence in Ukraine?

Say what you will about OBL and AQ, they definitely had a high spirit to fight. That's why we used them. Is it really a leap to assume we are doing it again with extremists in Ukraine?

Ukraine shouldn't have banned a language.

There is never a legitimate reason for any government to do that. There can be legitimate reasons to invade a country.

Canadians forced Speaker Anthony Rota to resign.

This doesn't describe Canada. As soon as they exposed Rota's faux pas, he was gone.
The U.S. isn't funding Islamists in the Ukraine.
    Yep. It's an unsupported stretch.

Russia should mind its own business. They agreed to recognize Ukrainian sovereignty. Putin is a dishonest thug.

What does this have to do with my comment about advertisers not liking anonymous posters spewing racist, sexist, etc. attacks while their products are messaged on the same page?

The advertisers were reacting to Elons post, not some anonymous poster.

Wasn't the entire Middle East invaded by both sides in WW2? Let me guess, we should have let Hitler acquire the oil uncontested? There are legit reasons for invading sovereign nations...

There is something the lying left can't get around. Russia spent a huge effort trying to hack Starlink and bring its services down but failed. Russia tried to do that because it was mad that Starlink was helping Ukraine by offering legal Internet services.

Ahh, you are repeating that old lie? The whole thing was contrived and Media Matters is going to lose the lawsuit because it knows it was lying.

There is nothing presented in the OP that precludes Musk operating at the direction of US authorities.

This all boils down to Ukraine asked Starlink to break US sanctions and extend coverage into Crimea. Starlink asked the U.S. government if they would give them a sanctions waver to do so, the U.W. government said no, so Starlink followed what I.S. law told them to do. That is it.

Of course, Democrats then started lying, just like they always do, falsely claiming that Starlink following U.S. sanctions laws somehow meant "Musk is a secret pro-Russian puppet!" Which is utter hogwash nonsense. Lefties will keep lying though because that is what they always do.

If the U.S. government had wanted Starlink to extend coverage to Crimea then they could have granted Starlink a sanctions waver. You will notice the Biden admin refused to do that. So, yes, Starlink is very much following U.S. sanctions laws and doing exactly what the Biden admin wants them to do. Anyone who claims otherwise is just blowing smoke.

Well ya. Not sure if 'providing aid and comfort to an enemy of the US' technically applies here, but either way, Starlink is subsidized by the US govt to the tune of $900M. SpaceX and Tesla probably a lot more. No way Musk risks that over Ukraine.

Lie? Egads. A lot of advertisers don't like their ads appearing next to racist, sexist content. Get a clue.
What on earth makes you think business does what Media Matters wants?

Lots of generalizations about Democrats because some lie.

Trump lies nonstop. Does that justify claiming Republicans lie nonstop?

I am going to assume that you are to stupid to understand extremely basic facts. Otherwise you wouldn't have posted any of that nonsense.

Seriously, please learn the basics of what you are talking about before you post.
