LOL. I seriously struck a nerve. By all means, show when it started, when they were vocally practicing eugenics, that then they forced abortions. Otherwise your comment has no merit.
Show when WHAT started? Margaret Sanger was interested in eugenics, as many people were at that time in history. Vocally practicing eugenics? What? There were no forced abortions. Margaret Sanger was against abortion. Oh, and...lies usually do strike a nerve.
Abortions and contraception (thats all PP provides) is not eugenics in the normal sense of the word. Sure, it may lead to bettering of the gene pool, since abortion is also done due to genetic defects of the fetus, but thats not a primary justification for abortion. In essence, even choosing your partner freely is eugenics then, since people on average prefer healthy and good looking partners before not healthy ones, so it has the same effect on the gene pool.
YOU all claim the goal is different now than back then. By all means, show how. I honestly couldn't care less. I would rather a woman got an abortion than own me financially for 20 years. I just love pointing out huge holes in belief systems.
I can see what you are saying. However, now we are playing semantics. It is what it is. Show an elite family going into planned parenthood. An individual killing another individual is not genocide. It is simply murder. The same correlation can be made between one picking a lover and an entity established to curb procreation of the less desirable.
I am sorry you both had to go through this, but she was likely just projecting the guilt she, and all women who have abortions and a conscience, feels for having killed her child. This is yet another example of how abortion DOES NOT make a woman just happy and releived as many dishonest women posters who promote abortion here say.
Or it could be that he told her to go to a Dr, failing to support her in a very emotional time. Perhaps she felt alone and decided to make this decision, resulting in how she feels. I'm not slamming Jedi, he was young, I just want to stop you from spreading your pro-life BS.
This is the truth: ???? What does it make women feel? And more importantly, how do you know this applies to all women? For that, how do you know it applies to this one woman, who you've never met and read a couple of lines about on a www forum?
Regret and shame. I know women personally who expressed this tyo me. I really could care less about women who kill people callously, so those who feel no regret are of no consequence.
I don't mean to kick you when you're down, Jedi, but I'm not all that sure you are against abortion judging by your other recent thread. You seem to be sending mixed messages.
I have read enough of your post and think you are just making things up for attention or something........ you are a weird cat Jedi.
LOL... so what's your problem? You said you didn't want kids, still don't and she took steps to end her pregnancy. It's your fault, just as she said. Admit it and move along.
By "doubting her," "being so cold about it," and telling her to "see a real doctor" instead of being a supportive partner and at the very least going with her during what could have been the most vulnerable time in her life. Your wife tells you she's pregnant and you ask her to provide an x-ray to prove it... ? Wow. Don't want to dump on you, but you're coming across as... let's just say self focused. ... well, that explains it.
that is incorrect: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_Parenthood they conduct almost 6 times as many cancer screenings as they do abortions. why do you overlook that, and the other services they provide?
