    Sidetracking. My question is whether or not one who holds the position of the Presidency of the United States commands the full authority and force of the office. It is pretty much a fully rhetorical question, but sure there are exceptions to it. Private conversations with the spouse & family obviously. The White House correspondents dinner obviously.

    Firing of the SecDef during the inauguration interim via tweet - how about that one? Full force and authority? Or could Esper have just ignored it?

    What is the conspiracy. To research the law? For a conspiracy to exist two or more bodys have to be agreeing to do something that is illegal. You have no illegal act, and no agreement to do anything. This is not based on fact and I did not take what you said out of context.

    Indictments aren't convictions.

    They're all bullshit and most will never stick. The NYC case is DOA

    But, unless he's convicted of violating 18 USC 2383, he can't be barred from office.
