I sourced that it is and I quoted who said it. And you refuse to condemn war crimes by Israel. Seems obvious you support it.

One source is 1 year. And you failed to dispute it.
You also refuse to condemn the war crimes of Israel.
    Very very very nasty.

Not all of them demand that, and it's the only possible solution short of one side completely killing or displacing the other. It's not okay for Israel to do it either. But saying Israel was willing to give them a bunch of desert isn't a legit attempt.

Here's the part you intentionally, no doubt, omitted...

"The point was replaced at Fez with a less forthcoming provision for the United Nations Security Council to guarantee peace between countries of the region."

Why did you omit the second half of that paragraph?

Ooooo unfortunately for you that’s incorrect. For two reasons. First of all the US Supreme Court has no jurisdiction over what Israel’s courts decide. And just because that one specific Supreme Court said so doesn’t mean every single one of them would. That’s why SCOTUS decisions are not the way to make policy. Because the next scotus can just reverse it.
Second of all that court case you referenced was not about whether they could detain ANY of them but whether they could detain some which were, as the court described them, “specifically situated”. That’s why we still have 30 of them in Guantanamo right now and have only charged 11 of them with a crime.

Furthermore maybe you missed it but Palestine also signed onto the Geneva convention. If it’s not going to be enforced upon them then you cannot enforce it upon Israel.

And maybe you missed this part of the Geneva conventions:

“Where, in the territory of a Party to the conflict, the latter is satisfied that an individual protected person is definitely suspected of or engaged in activities hostile to the security of the State, such individual person shall not be entitled to claim such rights and privileges under the present Convention as would, if exercised in the favour of such individual person, be prejudicial to the security of such State.

Where in occupied territory an individual protected person is detained as a spy or saboteur, or as a person under definite suspicion of activity hostile to the security of the Occupying Power, such person shall, in those cases where absolute military security so requires, be regarded as having forfeited rights of communication under the present Convention.”

FTR, Im not making the claim, many others are. The claim is that many innocent citizens are being killed in Gaza, and that Israel is being very indiscriminate about the attacks. Thats what is being claimed.

Me personally ? Israel has every right to strike back.

Not surprising the Marxist Left supports a terrorist group under the fake guise they care about Palestinians. Why doesn't the marxist left demand Arab countries take in Palestinian refugees?

Unfortunately that is the case in Gaza City where the Hamas HQ is located. The IDF is not intentionally targeting civilians. That cannot be said about the terrorist Hamas.

I just don’t understand what they expect Israel to do. What would we do if the Mexican government got taken over by the cartel and they ran up in California and texas border towns and executed a thousand plus babies and women and children, raped them in front of their families and then kidnapped 200 of them?

I expect we would wipe mexico off of the face of the planet. Which is what Israel should do to Palestine.

The US proxy war in Ukraine is killing tons of civilians. Where is the marxist left's outcry for them?

How do you figure? I see the admin and Dems bend over backwards in support for Israel, so your comment doesn't make any sense.

Anyone trying to divide people along party lines as "pro-Israel" and "anti-Israel" is obviously not following what's happening at the moment, or is being absurdly dishonest.

Which one of their proposals do you think Israel should have accepted? They have never made one which recognizes Israel, so how can Israel accept such proposals?
