What happened to Liberals: "We will defend democracy by attacking democracy", whether it was the vaccine mandate, whether it was siccing the FBI on parents due to one falsely reported incident, whether it was the ministry of truth or now with the attempt of taking people off the ballot.

And NONE of this was ever done by 'dictator' Donald Trump. They don't fear a dictatorship, they fear losing the slush funds of the government.

The minute there was even a HINT that the DNC chair favored a candidate, she was forced to resign. The fact that they haven't even ASKED the RNC chair to resign is definite evidence that the whole RNC is in lockstep with Trump becoming a dictator.

1. Hillary Clinton and Debbie Schultz put the DNC on a financial starvation diet making no money available to Sanders while Hillary set up an outside finance for herself. They allowed Hillary to pay off DNC debts to control the money in the DNC. They were caught when Donna Brazile, the interim chair of the DNC found out and exposed the fraud to which Schultz had to resign the first night of the DNCs convention.

The RNC has done none of that. All they have done is tell Hailey she needs to drop out because she can't even win in a state where nobody else is even running. But your exaggerations are noted.

2. You don't know what a dictator is or how the US government works to guarantee no dictatorship could prevail. So your claim of Trump being a dictator is not only ridiculous, but exposes you for your own lack of knowledge on how the US government and the Constitution works.

That is correct. There ARE mechanisms that would impede somebody who wants to be a dictator like Trump from succeeding. However, the ATTEMPT to become a dictator can be immensely damaging to the country. January 6 was one very small example. Now that Trump KNOWS what mistakes he made when he incited the Jan 6 insurrection, he will make every effort to correct them. And it will be IMMENSELY unlikely that he'll succeed. But you can be sure that the new attempt will be immensely more violent than his previous insurrection.

 

If you want to require that data sellers have to verify legal age and thus ID before they can sell data, that's fine with me. But that would only apply to the data sellers, not necessarily all social media.

 

Nobody but binary thinkers would buy into that. Not to mention, there was no insurrection. Just another fable instigated by those who are easily targeted my media.

True. It's still Trump's party. The rift will happen when Trump is in prison, and Republicans rid themselves of MAGA extremists (which supremacists, insurrectionists, ... and similar). It is going to be painful. But the alternative is that they become a full-fledged fascist party, and conservatives will have no other alternative but to become Democrats.

My point exactly! This is the moment in History when Republicans must decide if they will continue to be the Conservative party, or they shift to become the fascist party. Because they can't be both for more than one more election cycle.

Either way, the short term future of the Republican Party is grim. But if conservatives lose the battle, it will be more than short term.
