If the employees sue the company for making them feel uncomfortable, then what will the courts find the employed guilty of? In order to have a guilty verdict, there has to be a law which criminalizes the speech, and such laws are unconstitutional.

We have real issues in Florida, and DeSantis is 100% focused on fighting culture wars and he seems to have no respect for the Constitution, or private corporations rights to run their company as they see fit. And its not just DeSantis, its most Republicans who are totally "woke" and focused on race, gays and culture wars.

There is no law for hostile workplace, so you have to sue for workplace harassment, which is a form of discrimination. The 'hostile workplace' is only a theory which is used in harassments lawsuits, and in order to win the lawsuit, you have to prove the harassments has been severe and pervasive. Being offended by reading training material is a far cry from harassment.

This new law broadens the definition of harassments to include someone hurting his/her feelings over corporate training materials, so this is an off-the-charts snowflake law, - pure and simple.

I have read many, but it takes a heck of a lot more to offend me than reading corporate training material. Again, the Governor did not offer any examples of corporate training materials which might hurt someone's feelings. Personally I have never seen anything like that might hurt someone's feelings.

You make a mistake in the very first sentence "woke" is the agenda. Tactics such as "cancel culture" are techniques used to advance an agenda. Joseph McCarthy used "cancel culture."

Everybody uses "cancel culture." Even Trump has used "cancel culture" to try to get people to boycott Apple, CNN, MSNBC, etc, or people should be fired such as Debra Messing, Chuck Todd, and Brent Baier, or shut down companies because they debunked his claims.
