What is sad is that you think that "continuing resolution", is somehow Obama's fault.

Bush obviously signed the "continuing resolutions". Many of these continuing resolutions were for programs that Bush wanted .. including his beloved war spending which accounts for much of the deficit.

The second point is that these "contiuing resolutions" go well beyond the time when Bush was in office ... just as the Budget does if it was passed.
