To learn that the quid pro quo being offered was made throughout the entirety of the shadow diplomatic campaign that Trump launched before and after that one phone call? To learn that military aid was discussed at least once during that phone call and multiple times throughout the shadow campaign?

No he got a bunch wrong and yes they have been desperate to keep him from testifying and he is now fighting direct questioning and cross-examination. What is Schiff hiding, nothing has changed as far as the process, it is still behind closed doors, Schiff is still preventing Republicans from asking all the questions they want answered, only cherry-picked testimony has been leaked by the Democrats. And they still have no impeachable offenses.

 

Pretty accurate choice of words considering that I never said the transcript proved something illegal. Also considering that impeachment does not require an illegal act. Also important considering that the transcript did help support the allegation that Trump committed an impeachable offense. And very important considering that the transcript helped to fuel the impeachment investigation which is revealing illegal behavior, including the efforts to alter the content of the transcript (i.e. obstruction of justice).

It IS deplorable to consistently deny reality in favor one's beliefs. Especially given that you have no excuse to do that anymore thanks to technology and the internet providing you with actual information at your finger tips.

No, I did not say or imply that releasing the transcript was the evidence of obstruction.

I said the fact that the transcript was intentionally altered to make it appear better for Trump is evidence of obstruction. I said that the fact that the transcript was moved to a highly classified server after the politically damaging aspects of the transcript were noted internally is evidence of obstruction. I said the efforts by Trump to hide and lie about the contents of that transcript by continuing to allege that the transcript is "perfect," that it is "word for word," and refusing to turn over the whistleblower complaint to Congress under the thinly justified reason that Trump is not part of the Intelligence Community is evidence of obstruction.

 

Intentionally altered, that tells us all we need to know about the left's scam, goal post move noted.
