I'm sorry he was conned into risking his life for banker and defense contractor riches.

sorry he wants to decimate other people's lives to protect his own.

Again the assumption thing. You really need to stop that.

I know we don't see eye to eye and haven't for years but I still like ya. I gave up with the VA years ago. They are waiting out the soldiers till most of them are dead and then it will be like they have a ****ing epiphany and admit that there is a problem.

Right now we are isolated and keeping it that way. We have enough supplies to last two months, except for dog food. We can order that.

    Thank you for your post.

I've been reading your posts, and if you're up in one of the mountain communities of Colorado (I'm down on the Front Range), then you may want to redirect your efforts to the VA in Colorado Springs. One of my buds got a medical discharge (and two Purples) after Iraq, and the VA in Colorado Springs treated him like royalty -- especially after he attracted the attention of Rep. Doug Lamborn (super-Right Wing Republican). You get Doug helping you and things might get a lot better, very quickly: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doug_Lamborn

BTW, I quit the Republican Party in 2017 because of the infestation of cowardly, back-stabbing RINO's who ruined the party for me. Too bad there weren't more people left in it like Doug Lamborn....

Also, be aware that we've had a large percentage increase in Corona cases in ski towns and hippie hangouts, like Vail, Aspen, Telluride, etc. Watch your 'six'.

We live on the other end of the state. I have two Democrats for reps. Neither one of them seem to be very active in anything but party politics. I talked to the VA folks in Fort Collins and the people there are as helpful as they can be but they can't do much. The put me in touch with the registry but that isn't a govt entity so much as a group of people trying to put pressure on the VA. The problem is at national level. Mine isn't real bad and it isn't progressive. It's just a pain in the ass. Luckily I have health insurance from military Tri Care.

We have some neighbors that had friends in from out of state to ski. They stayed at our neighbor's place for a couple of days. We told the neighbors that we love them but to stay the hell away for awhile.
