perhaps a culture of racism in Ohio has led to environments like this in school playgrounds, where black school children are taking it upon themselves to confront the very real violent racism in their wider society. Admittedly, turning to violence is not the best action but these are children, highly emotional and ishould know, iteach primary school children.
