Since when? All I've been hearing is alleged campaign finance violations. Feel free to show us where the prosecutor is claiming fraud.

That's not the point. The point is he created a charity, robbed it and was let off with a fine and being restricted from creating another charity in NY State again.

See post #7, in furtherance of a second crime. You are behind the eight WBK, and so is Mr. CrappingInHisPantaloons.

The fact that nothing was "proven beyond a reasonable doubt" is a huge point. And, there was no crime.

Upgraded to a felony. And, even then, the courts would likely extend the expiration here. There are plenty of court cases where someone has committed a crime, left the country, came back, and the time away from the country was not counted toward the statute of limitations. The same would probably be true for Trump's four years as president, where he basically couldn't be charged.

You still haven't read the indictment? You do know that falsifying business records is fraud, right?

Asked and answered. The point of the thread is tRaitor tRump is incapable of thinking or planing legally; his go to paradigm is creating scams to defraud people and organizations of their treasure. Most recently his political career has been one fraud after another resulting in impeachmentS and 34 indictments. As we type his campaign is robo texting 12 to the bar telling people that the texts aren't for money but opinions, but the only way you can register your opinion is to donate; I know I get four or five a day and I'm not sure how the hell I got on his list. I keep tagging them junk/delete bu the keep coming..

Asked and answered many, many times. I have no desire to continue answering a question that you are unwilling to read the answer to.

This thead isn't about his current trial, but what is coming out of the facts being presented, and that's a lifetime of fraud, after fraud, after fraud. That he's gotten by with by paying fines ...
    ... until now.

Hush money payments aren't a crime. Influencing an election isn't a crime.

    Try again.
