Cohen was convicted of excessive campaign contribution. As far as I know, Trump isn't even charged with that Federal crime. The crooked prosecutor isn't even alleging that crime.

 

So, you are admitting that both sides do it and yet you are only charging Trump.

 

It's all been a rigged process. Even in a recent Supreme Court case, I think it was John Roberts who chastised someone, saying that a prosecutor can get a grand jury to do whatever the prosecutor wanted by presenting only one sided evidence.

 

Oh, they definitely only want Trump to be prosecuted. This was NEVER about upholding the law.

and as dirty as politicians get, Harry Reid said about lying about Romney not paying taxes..... "he didn't win did he?" The end justifies the means...whatever it takes to win... lie cheat and steal....

Campaign violations are federal laws, not state laws... the state can't claim a federal violation that has not tried in federal courts.... FEC has that responsibility and they have declined to prosecute...

 

New York has campaign finance laws as well. I'm sorry you didn't know this before today. But now you know.
