It cost him a ton of money though. Yeah, you or I would probably still be in jail; there is a two tier justice system and it's got to stop.

Trump can't be tried for the fraud liability that came from previous trials.

At least you’ve navigated from denial to whataboutism. That’s the standard Trump nation path!

Admit you don't have any intention of addressing the threads topic; because tRaitor tRump's life of crime is indefensible.

Don’t tell me you’re just figuring that out.

Cheating has always been a Trump MO.

‘He really does believe that he is above the law.

No, but I thought, since the trail is putting his life of crime under a microscope it would make for and interesting discussion. But! You're absolutely correct.

No, if he were tired for the crimes committed that he was sued for "civilly" that wouldn't be double jeopardy. But the statute of limitations has probably run it's course on those crimes.

The point is, these are kangaroo courts against him and he should have the first amendment right to say so. But, democrats refuse to let him call out the kangaroo courts, proving that they really are kangaroo courts out to get him.

NO, no they aren't. Their legitimate grand jury indictments being brought to trial that tRaitor tRump has turned into a political circus.

I have answered this question for you before. As have others. It has been answered for you in this thread. Just admit that this is all about feelings for you, you don't give a **** about the facts, and you don't care about the answer to your question.

    "Upgraded to a felony. "
Only with a second crime.... what is the second crime?

How can a grand jury produce an indictment when they don't know there is no second crime? It can't be campaign violations... states have no jurisdiction over federal laws. The first misdemeanor was outdated.... and if they heard about a second misdemeanor "collusion" it also was outdated...

They don't know what the underlying charge is. They only know there is one "because the prosecutor said so".

I want it to be fair to everyone. You want Trump found guilty and locked up while others aren't even charged. Ever since this country was founded, those candidates with skeletons in their closet try to keep the news from coming out. That's just the way it is but you either have to not charge anyone for it or charge everyone for it, not just Trump.
