4. We have not had a rash of break ins like zimmermans neighborhood had. so we don't have a neighborhood watch. but if we have had a rash a break ins and someone i did not know was walking around acting strange i would be watching them.

zimmerman was not pursuing as you claim he was following until he lost sight of him and martin doubled back and attacked him. following a person is not against eh law. attacking someone is.
what you and the supporters of martin are saying is this.
if a black man is walking on the sidewalk and see any non black nearby they have the right to attack them and beat their heads into the ground and if the that person defends themselves then they should go to jail for daring to defend themselves from attack.
so how far away are people allowed to walk behind a black man is 100 ft ok or should it be a 1000 or maybe you want any person that is not black to get a special sidewalk permit to allow them to walk on the street in the same direction a black man is so they don't get attacked.
