Orban of Hungary said that 10 EU nations are paying in rubles for their gas. Russia is not running a charity and if they pay in dollars or euros they'll be stolen. As they say, once a crook, always a crook. Rubles on the other hand can't be stolen.

 

I would say the West in general, but specifically the US. Before Nuland's coup and takeover, Ukraine had a legally elected president and the country was intact. Since then, the rights were taken away from much of the population, and this has led to wars and massive civilians deaths of the Russian speaking population - which was deliberate to change the demographics.

Now Ukraine faces dismemberment, as it should since everyone in this world has the right to their own self determination.

But the U.S. government is not in Ukraine. There is plan to re-establish the embassy in Kyiv but that is normal. The Russian speaking population started the war with their own country. That was deliberate. Sorry, I don't fall for your propaganda.
