Don't complain about tax-payer funded welfare programs when you know that if you subsidize something you get more of it.

Welfare rolls were going down under Clinton and Gingrich and Obama got rid of work requirements.

Government programs are designed to increase promiscuity which increase pregnancies, abortions and welfare.
