Yeah, but you need to be careful throwing around 'the health of the mother' as a conservative in the abortion argument. This is because this VERY broad and includes mental health. And I assume that you only agree with elective abortion in order to save the woman's life.

Same way as drugs. FBI agents pretend to be customers and seek services and then bust the provider, and pretend to be a provider and bust the customers. Obviously we'd have to prepare in advance by constructing new prisons for women. Otherwise we'd end up with overcrowding situation.

 

The war on drugs is a good example. This would be a similar disaster. Pregnancy sniffing dogs may make things a bit uncomfortable at airports!

In my scenario with @Doofenshmirtz, only providers are prosecuted. And if customers were prosecuted, you're assuming that abortion would be just as readily available as it is now that it's legal, so much so that it would actually require new women's prisons to be built! That's ridiculous!
