I never said that field is simple. Sure you can say that at that stage there is no concience so technically speaking we don't have a living thing. But this is just not a good reason to kill.

Abortion if the baby has severe anomalies, i.e. the baby isn't going to live very long after birth anyway, i.e. the baby will suffer for the period of life it does survive, in which case the pregnant woman shouldn't have to suffer through several more months of pregnancy knowing the baby won't live. Those instances of abortion won't result in a perfect race, alas, remembers Kraska....just a joke, don't take it too seriously.

Well, maybe some would have, but most I'm sure were appalled at what had happened (and of course not taking any responsibility for what they had created). By allowing the will of a small minority of central planners be imposed upon the entire population, they inadvertently destroyed the Rule of Law and individual freedoms and allowed totalitarianism to rise up. It's yet another example of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions."

Sure the baby will die, and sure the woman will suffer a few more months. But that doesn't give you the right to kill. Things go wrong sometimes but the easiest way is not always the correct one.
