It means your claims he engaged insurrection and sedition are not supported by the facts unless you know something the two year intensive investigation did not find.

    What you got?

You think I have to prove seditious conspiracy to you?

'Proud Boy Joe Biggs receives 17 years in Jan. 6 seditious conspiracy case'

'Biggs “served as an instigator and leader" during the Capitol attack, prosecutors said. Zachary Rehl, another Proud Boy convicted of seditious conspiracy, was sentenced to 15 years.'

"It is among the longest sentences in Capitol riot cases. The record is the 18-year sentence given to Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, also convicted of seditious conspiracy, after prosecutors sought 25 years in federal prison in his case.

The government sought 33 years for Biggs, an Army veteran who sustained a head injury in Iraq and then served as a correspondent for the conspiracy website Infowars. Prosecutors argued that he was a “vocal leader and influential proponent of the group’s shift toward political violence” and used his “outsized public profile” and his military experience as he “led a revolt against the government in an effort to stop the peaceful transfer of power.”

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly handed down Biggs' sentence. He ruled earlier in Thursday's hearing that Biggs’ tearing down of a fence that stood between police and rioters qualified him for a terrorism sentencing enhancement sought by prosecutors. Destroying the fence was a “deliberate, meaningful step” that contributed to the disruption of the electoral vote count occurring in the Capitol, Kelly said.'

'Ex-Philadelphia Proud Boys leader sentenced to 15 years in prison in Jan. 6 Capitol attack case'
    Aug. 31,2023

'A former leader of the far-right Proud Boys extremist group was sentenced on Thursday to 15 years in prison for spearheading an attack on the U.S. Capitol to try to prevent the peaceful transfer of power from Donald Trump to Joe Biden after the 2020 presidential election.

Zachary Rehl was seen on video spraying a chemical irritant at law enforcement officers outside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, but he repeatedly lied about that assault while he testified at his trial, federal prosecutors said.

Prosecutors had recommended a 30-year prison sentence for Rehl, who helped lead dozens of Proud Boys members and associates in marching to the Capitol on Jan. 6. Rehl and other Proud Boys joined the mob that broke through police lines and forced lawmakers to flee, disrupting the joint session of Congress for certifying the electoral victory by Biden, a Democrat.

The judge who sentenced Rehl also on Thursday sentenced Proud Boys organizer Joseph Biggs to 17 years in prison. '

    They just keep coming.

'Proud Boy who triggered breach of Capitol building on Jan. 6 sentenced to 10 years'
    Source: Politico

'Dominic Pezzola, a New York Proud Boy who triggered the Jan. 6, 2021 breach of the Capitol when he smashed a window with a stolen police riot shield, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in the attack.

“You were the one who smashed that window and let people begin to stream into that Capitol building and threaten the lives of our lawmakers,” U.S. District Judge Tim Kelly said as he delivered his sentence on Friday. “It’s not something I would have ever dreamed I would have seen in our country.”

Pezzola’s sentence closes one of the most harrowing chapters of the Jan. 6 riot. The image of Pezzola smashing the window became emblematic of the threat to democracy that unfolded that day, and it was featured during the impeachment trial of Donald Trump that unfolded a month later.'
