right. Your free press told you that it was "Russians shooting at the building" - you believe, because in your reality the free press speaks only the truth.
And Russians are not in the habit of believing in the infallibility of the press. Information is checked, attention is paid to details and facts. And the facts say that:
    1. A cruise missile has much more power - the building would not stand.
    2. The cruise missile does not have a contrail - it is clearly visible on the video.
    3. There are shots taken from different angles and there is a clearly visible contrail arc, which can be used to determine the location of the rocket launch.

Zelenskyy's death defying performance during this crisis has been heroic and inspirational.

He is probably the only Ukrainian politician who could negotiate an end to this that the Ukrainians who are fighting Russia now could accept.
IMO, Putin should hope he survives.

My press tells me what the Ukrainians and the Russians say.

They have not claimed that it was a cruise missile, so I don't know why you're bringing that up.

Because there could not be other Russian missiles near Kyiv that day. The columns haven't arrived yet.

It could have been either "Caliber" or no other. This is not a "Caliber" - there is a contrail and the power is too low .. So this is a Ukrainian rocket. Ukrainian can only be an air defense missile. Pointing error. This is recognized by both Ukraine and the analysis of the facts.

You don't know what's there and what isn't. You can't discount the Russian forces having that kind of missile in the area.

Anyway, I am not saying that it was definitely a Russian rocket. Unlike you, I'm content to accept that we do not know who fired it and whether it was intentionally aimed at that building.

This is the kind of thing that happens in a war. It's like MH370. Terrible accidents happen. The best way to avoid them is not to start a war.

@DurandalI am sure that no one specifically wanted to get into the building. Neither Russia, if it could, nor Ukraine even wanting to blame Russia. It's just an accident. Bad luck.

    Maybe, maybe not.

I don't think it was a mistake when that saboteur ran over that car. That looked very deliberate.

Is injecting children with toxic drugs to supposedly 'protect' from a virus with a 99% survival rate considered to be an atrocity in your MSM world? Likely not.

Vaccines are not toxic drugs and nobody has been forced to be vaccinated, children or adults. A better slam against U.S. government would be that it handled the response to the virus incomptently. With that I would agree. What you said, though, is pure nonsense.

I think its an interesting dilemma for the Ukrainian Politicians - it seems that Putin and the various Ministry Officials are very eager to get into a dialogue with their Ukrainian counterparts. But why would they, at the moment Russian forces are meeting stiff opposition, not achieving their objectives, suffering logistical issues and unfortunately a lot more casualties than the imagined - I think it was a brave tactic of the Ukrainian Commanders to allow the the initial armoured columns to move through their front lines unimpeded and then strike at the supply trains. Anyway....why would the Ukrainians want to meet if they are maintaining the momentum (the war as far as current tactics and objectives are concerned is now really unwinnable for Russia) or do they try and strike a deal? I don't know what you guys think but I think the lack of progress is translating into Russian frustration and them resorting to softer options like attacking civilian targets and urbane areas; this makes it difficult for the Ukrainians I think - do they continue to resist and further frustrate the Russian's and their objectives thus increasing the civilian deaths or do they go to the table and see what Putin is offering? Will the Russian commanders show a "moral" restraint and try and limit attacks on civilian areas or increase them?

It's a dilemma for Ukraine and its leaders -whats the outcome of continued military success; the more they push Russian's backs to the wall the more desperate they become and the more civilians die?

    QUOTE
Richard Moore, the chief of the UK Secret Intelligence Service, highlighted a “fascinating” report suggesting Putin has underestimated Ukraine’s military might and its people’s determination to defend their country."
    UNQUOTE

Also, Putin's worst fear seems to be evolving in front of him being unification of the West, a western-leaning Ukraine, the isolation of Russia and the rejuvenation of Nato with full membership by Finland and Sweden and Germany's affirmation of its 2% of GDP NATO commitment, I think they announced yesterday a EUR100Bn defense spending uplift? Anyway Puting is bringing about exactly that which he didn't want!

Very good analysis IMO. Negotiations are apparently about to start. Assuming that Trump is right and Putin really is still smart, he will find a way to get the hell out of Ukraine and start finding out why so many of his assumptions turned out to be so wrong.

His public face off with his cowering Intel Chief should offer a clue.

In the 1990's an American senator went with a friend to Mount Athos to visit the Elder (Saint) Passios who he had heard so much about. The Saint though refused to speak to him. When the Senators friends asked why, the Saint said because if it wasn't for the US there would be no wars.

    Hey, Jenny, take a look:

It looks like civilians will be taking control of Russia's military in Ukraine long before Ukraine's military takes control of Ukraine's government.

    Suck on that.
