No. Is it your opinion that the IP address of this website is currently 64.131.68.70? Is it your opinion that the acceleration of gravity on Earth is between 9.78 and 9.82 meters per second per second? Is it your opinion that California is on the west coast of the United States of America? Data is not opinion. What is your data showing that the government has made any attempt at all to confuse internet posters? Do you have invoices? Do you have money transfers? Do you have pay stubs or employee manuals? What besides opinion do you have?
So they didn't follow procedure. And would you mind quoting the section where they explain why they didn't test for explosives?
As soon as you quote the NIST manual listing their procedure of when and where to test for explosives.
Then how can you state categorically that they didn't follow procedure of you don't know what their procedure is?
You're going to hate my answer, but from the mouths of the men and women on that Expert video I linked to. I took their word at face value that there are certain protocols to be followed if allegations and evidence presents itself.
Then you are relying on faith instead of evidence. That's how cults and religions get started. Regarding the video: what evidence presented itself that explosives (of the kind used in controlled demolitions) were present?
Will you quote now why NIST didn't test for explosives? I've just never understood how, like in the north tower, the upper section just starts falling. The antenna moves, and then everything goes to hell. It just starts falling.
Direct from the source. Have you read the NIST report? Read the report, or at least this FAQ page for better insight.
I'm still making my way through the Commission Report, but no, I have not read the NIST report. I plan to though.
Jango, once again you have fallen victim to the lies of people who have a long history of lying to you. At what point do you start to wonder why they are lying and why you are so eager to believe that they are telling the truth?
The fact that this thread and others like it are allowed to exist is proof there are no "shills". No conspiracy powerful enough to pull off 9/11 and get away with it would have any difficulty or moral block against simply "disappearing" every single 9/11 denier in the world.
Then what DO you have a clue about? Just the stuff you see on the truther sites and boards? What's your point? You act like you know nothing but claim to know the government was behind 9/11. Someone has to tell you what the reports studied? Someone has to tell you what the NIST protocol is? And where are the wings? Why did he say they folded back? What did the Commission Report say about this or that? Yet you believe something you heard in an "expert" video? Good grief man, what's your game anyway?
You see, for ten years, a solid ten years, I lived my life as an American after 9/11 happened. I never questioned the events or anything. Nothing. I had thought we were attacked, by al Qaeda, and that the buildings collapsed because of the planes and fire. I didn't know anything about WTC 7 until the 10th anniversary special. I didn't know a lot of things until the 10th anniversary special. I had never questioned, looked into, or been intrigued by 9/11 until I saw that television special. I suppose I was one of those brainwashed Americans the conspiracy websites talked about because I never immersed myself into the news, history, or intellectual things; I was more 'entertainment' driven. I was a huge fan of pro wrestling - twenty years, message boards, Japanese DVDs, and fantasy booking. Comic books too, and video games. And writing about zombies. But watching that 10th anniversary special was...like an awakening of sorts. Go ahead and mock it, but I discovered a passion for history and the pursuit of the truth. I shelved a lot of the things I used to do and started picking up books instead. I still write about the undead though. Anyway, I understand where you're coming from, I do, but I have to ask - did you watch the film? I would like to hear your thoughts about it if you have. IIRC, they're showing it in your area. But to address your criticism directly - I guess I believe their claims because their claims are coming from their professional expertise and opinion. I know, they're saying "what I want to hear," but I will tell you something, it isn't what I want to hear, not at all.
Don't you think if there was really something there, truthers would have managed to convince more than you about what happened? There would be an investigation into the allegations. Indictments. Trials. But we have nothing. Why? Because it is all a lie. The "professionals" you believe are flat out liars. The true professionals say no such thing. If you don't believe me, pick out a claim they make that you think is true that proves the official story is wrong and I will show you how it is a lie. I did not watch the video. At this point they are a waste of time because all they do is regurgitate the same stuff time and time again. You are new to the truther side, so maybe you don't have the long exposure to the videos I and others have, but they haven't come out with any new information in over five years. If there is a specific part you want me to watch and break down for you, give me the start and end point of what you want me to watch and I will do so. Don't give the start and end point of the entire movie though.
I will make a separate thread for that discussion, the one about the experts who have come forward, in the coming days when I have time to sit down and review the movie. Regarding the truth movement, if that's exactly what you're referring to, and its perceived lack of success, all I can say is that it wasn't the truth movement that woke me up in the first place, it was TV footage on the tenth anniversary special and additional information they presented that caught my attention. Outside of my experience at Let's Roll, which I find their ranks to be on the extreme side of conspiracy thinking, I cannot really comment all that much on the rest of the collective truthers. I mean, what I know about Dr. Judy Wood makes me question her credibility, among other things. When people talk about, mention, or try to pin together the Freemasons and the Illuminati with 9/11, my mind stops listening. It just does. And I have never tried to silence your criticism of: "so many theories but no agreement," because it is valid criticism. There are morons who inhabit the Earth that breathe good air everyday and spread their propaganda. It just so happens to be that the truth movement has an abundance of able morons. I can only try to tell people what I know, and hope it makes a difference. I often corrected, at the risk of being ridiculed, members at Let's Roll. I can only do so much by myself, I'm one person, a nobody in the scheme of things. But I can inform people of things they might be unaware of, like "A Clean Break."
Hmm. You say, with a straight face, that the truther movement has made *zero* progress in 11 years. Defend that position.
That was made by truthers. Just because you saw it on TV doesn't mean it wasn't by truthers. Just look around. Yet you can't back up "what you know". Doesn't that bother you? Doesn't it bother you that you are spreading lies and are expecting people to act accordingly? Don't you think you should find out what the truth is before regurgitating lies? Seriously. Don Quixote had a better case for tilting at windmills than a truther does with their theories.
